Founder, Liz Graham, BS, RDH
I started working with my dad as a dental assistant when I was 11 years old and knew very quickly that I wanted to become a RDH. As a very goal oriented young girl, I attended the University of Michigan School of Dental Hygiene. After graduating in 1973, I moved to Bern, Switzerland to practice hygiene for three years, then returned to my hometown of Harbor Springs to practice alongside my dad.
After getting married in 1981, I moved to California where I practiced in periodontal and general offices until 1985, when I founded Graham Placement Agency, a placement service specialized for Dental Hygienists and Dentists, precisely what I know best.
Meeting my goals for personal empowerment and supporting the dental field with choices for employment opportunities has been most meaningful for me. I’m enriched from connecting with other professionals, employment coaching and producing high-caliber continuing education seminars. This creates a comprehensive offering for the people I serve and meets my needs to deliver excellence. And like my dad, I enjoy using jokes to bring levity and joy into my daily work.

Associate, Natalie Woods, BS
I earned my Bachelor of Science in early childhood education from the University of North Carolina – Greensboro, and began my teaching career at the New Garden Friends School in Greensboro, NC in 1987.
My husband and I moved to Fairfax, CA in 2007 and I began working as a Clinical Research Coordinator for Marin Endocrine Care & Research in June. The research trials I worked on focused on investigational medications for diabetes and obesity.
In the fall of 2018, I started working with Graham Placement Agency alongside Liz to bring together experienced dental professionals and Dental Offices in need of help. I enjoy using my background in teaching and health to support the challenge of matching individuals with our different dental office needs. It’s been exciting for me to learn more about dental hygiene and the deep commitment of achieving oral and systemic health.
